We are looking for a candidate for the Archdiocese of Boston Benefits Department who has the aptitude to learn new skills, processes, and online systems, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging, yet supportive work environment. This is a great entry level position for someone with strong administrative and organizational skills who wants to learn more about benefits. You will be part of a collaborative team that administers multiple benefit programs offered to 3,500+ employees working at 400+ locations throughout the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Boston. The Benefits Coordinator’s primary responsibility is to provide administrative and clerical support to the Benefits Department of the Archdiocese of Boston, many of which responsibilities require physical presence in the office. Other key responsibilities include supporting the wellness programs for the RCAB Health Plans. The Benefits Coordinator will work primarily on-site at the Pastoral Center in Braintree, although may occasionally work remotely from time to time.
