The Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Boston is looking for a candidate with an aptitude to learn new skills, processes, and online systems and the ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging, yet supportive work environment. You will be part of a collaborative team that administers multiple benefit programs offered to 3,500+ employees working at 400+ participating locations that participate in the Archdiocese of Boston Benefit Plans. Benefit plans for current employees include medical, prescription, dental, life and long-term disability insurance, transition assistance, 401(k), and a custom paid family and medical leave program. Job responsibilities include:
Assisting in the administration of the 401(k) Plan by monitoring and ensuring legal and Plan compliance, drafting communications, and becoming a subject matter expert who can field inquiries from priests and lay employees
Overseeing annual open enrollment for the health and dental plans
Administering several voluntary benefit programs for the Pastoral Center and select locations, including FSA, supplemental life, and a vision plan
This full-time position is primarily on-site with the option to eventually work remotely one day per week.
