June 1, 2016 - Our Lady of Good Voyage Seaport Chapel; Blessing of the Cross/Lifted into Place

The cross for the new Our Lady of Good Voyage Seaport Chapel, 1 Seaport Blvd (corner of Seaport Blvd & Sleeper St), will be blessed tomorrow, Thursday, June 2, 2016 - beginning at 10:30 a.m., then lifted into place.

Very Rev. James Flavin, Episcopal Vicar for the Central Region of the Archdiocese of Boston, will bless the cross before it is lifted into place. Also present for the event will be John Hynes, local pastor Fr. Steven Madden and Archdiocesan representatives.
