This Sunday, May 17, 2020, Cardinal Seán P. O'Malley, OFM Cap, will celebrate Mass for the Sixth Sunday of Easter at the Cathedral of the Holy Cross. The Cardinal will offer the Mass for all those involved with health care in this moment of crisis.

In acknowledging the challenging days we are all living through, the Cardinal reminds us of the heroic efforts of our doctors, nurses and healthcare workers in our hospitals, nursing homes and medical offices. He will be joined by Msgr Kevin O’Leary, Rector of the Cathedral and Dr. John Barravecchio who will proclaim the scripture readings. Dr. Barravecchio is an internist in Quincy, Massachusetts and is affiliated with multiple hospitals in the area. He has been in practice for more than 20 years and is a member of the Guild of St. Luke.
