WATERTOWN, MASS. (December 16, 2016) – On Sunday, December 25, Christmas Day, Cardinal Seán O’Malley, OFM Cap., Archbishop of Boston, will celebrate Mass at the CatholicTV Network’s Chapel of the Holy Cross. The Mass will be broadcast on Boston’s Channel 56 at 7:30 a.m. ET and on CatholicTV at 9 a.m. and 7 p.m.
Cardinal O’Malley has served as Archbishop of Boston since 2003. He was elevated to cardinal in 2006. Currently, Cardinal O’Malley serves on Pope Francis’s council of cardinals and heads the Vatican’s Pontifical Commission for the Protection of Minors. He traditionally celebrates CatholicTV’s Christmas Mass every year.
