January 21, 2010 - A Service of Worship and Prayer to Support the People of Haiti

Faith communities of Greater Boston—including the Archdiocese of Boston, Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Boston, Fellowship of Haitian Evangelical Pastors of New England, Greater Boston Interfaith Organization, Black Ministerial Alliance of Greater Boston, Boston Ten Point Coalition, Jewish Community Relations Council of Greater Boston, Muslim-American Society of Boston, Emmanuel Gospel Center, Fellowship of Latino Pastors of New England (COPAHNI), the Massachusetts Board of Rabbis and The Massachusetts Council of Churches—are sponsoring “A Service of Worship and Prayer to support the people of Haiti.”

The service takes place on Sunday,  January 24, 2010 at 5 pm at the Jubilee Christian Church, 1500 Blue Hill Avenue, Mattapan, MA.  The service will also raise money to support both the relief efforts in Haiti and the Haitian community here in Boston.

All are welcome, particularly our clergy who are invited to take part in the service.
