March 11, 2015 (Watertown, Mass.)- During the week of March 15, 2015 CatholicTV will host a week of celebration in honor of Saint Patrick, the patron saint of the Archdiocese of Boston.
To kick off this celebration, CatholicTV will air new rosaries recorded in Ireland throughout the week starting with “The Glorious mysteries Rosary” from Clonmacnoise. The rosaries for the remainder of the week will be from Maynooth, Dublin, Lough Derg and Glendalough.

On St. Patrick’s Day, March 17th, the daily Mass will be celebrated by Father Reed from St. Kevin’s Parish in Glendalough, Ireland. Following the Mass will be a brand new “This is the Day” from Ireland where Father Reed and Kevin Nelson take the living room to the grounds of St. Patrick’s Cathedral in Dublin. The celebration of the Chaplet of Divine Mercy will air from the Basilica in Lough Derg, Ireland which is also known as Station Island and St. Patrick’s Purgatory.
To wrap up the day, CatholicTV will feature the annual “Going My Way” marathon. Father Chris Hickey and Father Paul Rouse will host musical guest, Deacon Mattie Henry. Henry was a member of the Noel Henry’s Irish Show Band where for almost 20 years where he and his brother spread the Word of God through Irish music. Throughout the week, CatholicTV will present brief Irish Blessings from Father Reed as he travels through Ireland.
