Initiated by Pope Francis in 2014, 24 Hours for the Lord is an annual worldwide Lenten initiative for Catholics to receive the mercy of God through Eucharistic Adoration and the Sacrament of Reconciliation. The following locations in the Archdiocese of Boston will be open for 24 hours (either for 24 hours straight, or two stretches of 12 hours each day) on Friday, March 9 through Saturday, March 10. Host parishes will be offering Eucharistic Adoration and ongoing Confessions during the hours provided below. This is the perfect time to invite back to the Church those who have fallen away from the practice of the sacraments and are waiting for the door of God's mercy to be opened to them. 24 Hours for the Lord will take place at the parishes listed below. Please click on the parish link which will bring you to directly to their website for additional details specific to each parish.
